Enum values in a list

Question

I\'ve a enum class like,

public enum USERTYPE
{
   Permanant=1,
   Temporary=2,
}

in my business object I just declare this enum as

 UserType = Enum.GetValues(typeof(USERTYPE)).OfType().ToList();
