Where is class weblogic.jndi.WLInitialContextFactory?

Question

when trying to execute my jar file I get an exception:

javax.naming.NoInitialContextException: Cannot instantiate class: weblogic.jndi.WLInitialContextFactory

Adding wlserver/server/lib/weblogic.jar is enough. I test it.
