A better way to add detailed errors is to check your environment first. In Startup.cs add IWebHostEnvironment env to your constructor.

Then you can do this:

services.AddServerSideBlazor().AddCircuitOptions(o =>
{
    if (_env.IsDevelopment()) //only add details when debugging
    {
        o.DetailedErrors = true;
    }
});
