the solution was simple.

viewHolder.text
                    .setOnFocusChangeListener(new OnFocusChangeListener() {
                        public void onFocusChange(View v, boolean hasFocus) {

did not work properly, redraw the list of focus has changed and deleted lines chaotic .. agonized for a week a decision was simple, left to fix
