XML: MSXML Not Installed

Question

Using this code to get rss of a site. This code works fine for my computer and many other computers. But in some computers (Windows XP or 7) I get this error: MSXML Not

MSXMLS needs to be installed before.. in servicePack2 for XP MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 2 (Microsoft XML Core Services) Microsoft Core XML Services (MSXML) 6.0 the same for windows 7.. Bye
