Logical operation between two Boolean lists

>>> import numpy as np
>>> np.logical_and([True, False, False], [True, True, False])
array([ True, False, False], dtype=bool)
>>> np.logical_or([True, False, False], [True, True, False])
array([ True,  True, False], dtype=bool)
