Cygwin no available download site

Question

I have tried from my office it show available download site. Then I used same installer (setup-x86_64.exe) at home it not show anything. Both my pc (office and home) i set up go

I had the same issue. i changed my setting in "Select Your Internet Connection" to "Use Internet Explorer Proxy" instead of "Direct Connection".It worked like a charm. I guess the issue is due to the proxy layer at work.
