                 $query->where('endtime', '>=', $otherEndtime);
             })
             ->orWhere(function($query) use ($anotherStarttime,$anotherEndtime){
                 $query->where('starttime', '>=', $anotherStarttime);
                 $query->where('endtime', '<=', $anotherEndtime);
