Oh i found the solution. It was a difference in the encryption method.

I just had to initialize Cipher with

Cipher.getInstance("RSA/ECB/OAEPWithSHA1AndMGF1Padding");

instead of

Cipher.getInstance("RSA");

to match node-rsa
