clang-format style options for enums

Question

Does anyone know how to configure clang-format to keep enum\'s on individual lines?

i.e.

enum {
    ONE,
    TOW,
    THREE
};

vs.

Per this answer, setting ColumnLimit to 0 will also achieve this behaviour.
