Laravel 5.3 storage:link -> symlink(): Protocol error

I\'m trying to run the following artisan command:

php artisan storage:link

I get this error:

[ErrorException] symlink(): Protocol er

Run cmd as Super Admin.

php artisan storage:link is OK.
